The problem is that not enough people are reading these types of books, as there is no doubt that in this lifetime there will be circumstances that are far from ideal for any given person. Anger management exercises allow a person to control the tendency to become irate when someone else commits a wrong. The majority of people who do not even recognize the need for anger management exercises are most likely suffering from fines, citations, and even jail time thanks to the emotional response that occurs in an altercation. We do not want or need to live this way. Anger management exercises may perhaps allow us to pretend or role-play with another in order to better ourselves.
